Its best-known item is the Pantheon Elite tour, a short guided visit at fixed times including an early-morning slot, which it says it originated more than five years ago.
Around that sit the products the name promises: private Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tours including a “VIP early” version, Colosseum, Forum and Palatine tours in small-group and early-bird formats, and custom multi-site days with a driver. The site copyright suggests it has been online since about 2011. Bookings run through the site, Tripadvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide and hotel concierge platforms such as Marriott’s activities marketplace.

Negative comments in the visible sample are few and not thematic. The main gap is transparency rather than quality: private Vatican prices are not shown, so you cannot compare without an email.
Booking and cancellation
Book on vaticantourcompany.com or by email to the bookings address, or through Tripadvisor and Viator, where the platform’s cancellation policy applies. The website does not publish its own cancellation terms; ask for them in writing on private bookings, and note that timed Vatican and Colosseum tickets are generally non-refundable once issued. The office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 20:00, and closed on Sundays, so plan Sunday tours with everything confirmed on Saturday.
