Contact AllTours Rome

The only way to reach AllTours Rome is by email at support@alltours.rome.it. Use it for corrections, broken links, press questions and partnership requests. We cannot see or change bookings: if your problem is with a ticket or a tour you have already paid for, contact the platform you booked with. Details below.

Disclaimer

This is not the official website of any attraction, museum or tour operator mentioned. AllTours Rome is an independent editorial guide. Prices, opening hours and policies are quoted from the official sources and partner platforms at the time of checking and can change without notice. Bookings are completed on partner websites, which may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you.

How to reach us

Email support@alltours.rome.it. That is the whole list: no phone number, no public postal address, no chat and no social-media inbox that we monitor. We reply in English or Italian. Put the page address in the subject line if your message concerns a specific page.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. A price, opening time, entrance or booking rule that is wrong or out of date. Tell us what you saw and, if you can, where the correct figure comes from. We check it against the official source, fix the page and refresh its updated date.
  • Broken links. A partner link that lands on the wrong product, an official site that has moved, a photo that no longer loads.
  • Partnership requests from operators. Send a link to your site and your public review-platform profiles. AllTours Rome is editorially independent: we decide what to cover, reviews are never paid and they can include criticism. We do not sell listings, rankings or featured placements, and we do not trade coverage for free tours.
  • Photo credits. If you hold rights to an image and believe it is credited wrongly or used outside its licence, send the page address; we correct or remove it.

What we cannot help with

AllTours Rome is an information site. We do not sell tickets or tours and we have no access to any booking system. We cannot see whether your booking exists, change a date, time or number of people, cancel it, issue a refund, resend a voucher, or explain why an operator cancelled a tour. For all of those, contact the platform where you paid; your confirmation email names it.

If you booked on GetYourGuide

Log in to your GetYourGuide account and open the booking. Where the product allows it, the booking page lets you change or cancel and links to customer service. The GetYourGuide help centre covers vouchers, meeting points and refunds. Our page on booking with GetYourGuide explains their cancellation rules in general.

If you booked on Tiqets

Open your Tiqets confirmation email or log in to your Tiqets account and find the order. From there you can request a cancellation where the venue allows it and reach Tiqets customer service; their help centre covers ticket delivery, refunds and entry problems. See booking with Tiqets for the general rules.

If you bought from an official ticket office

Contact the venue using the details on your ticket. The official site is linked in the Sources section of every attraction page.

Response times

The inbox is read every working day. Expect a reply within three working days for corrections and broken links, and within two weeks for partnership and press requests. A message about a tour that starts tomorrow gets the same answer as any other booking question: contact the platform now rather than waiting for us.

Press

Journalists can use the same address for background on how Rome ticketing works, how skip-the-line resale is priced, or what changed at a venue this year. We answer with sources and dates. We do not give quotes in the name of any venue, operator or platform, because we represent none of them.

Before you write

  1. Check the updated date at the bottom of the page.
  2. For booking problems, have your confirmation email ready and write to the platform, not to us.
  3. For corrections, include the page address and the source of the correct information.
