1. Who we are and what this site is
AllTours Rome (“we”, “the site”) is an independent editorial website at alltours.rome.it, operated from the European Union. It publishes guides to tickets, tours, day trips and tour operators in Rome, in English and Italian. Contact: support@alltours.rome.it.
By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Informational nature of the content
Everything on the site is general information for travellers. It is not advice of any kind and not an offer to sell anything. We describe tickets, prices, hours, entrances and tours as we found them on the dates stated. Decisions about what to book and when to travel are yours.
AllTours Rome is not the official website of any attraction, museum, church, park, event, tour operator or booking platform. We do not speak for any of them.
3. Bookings are made with third parties
The site does not sell tickets or tours and does not process payments. Partner links take you, through a /go/ redirect, to GetYourGuide or Tiqets. A booking made there is a contract between you and that platform, or the operator it lists, under their terms, cancellation rules and privacy policies.
We are not a party to that contract. We cannot see, change, cancel or refund a booking, and we accept no responsibility for the performance of a tour, the validity of a ticket or any dispute with a platform or operator. The contact page explains where to turn. Purchases from official ticket offices linked in the Sources section are governed by the venue’s terms.
4. Accuracy and “as of” dates
Prices, opening hours, free days, discount rules, entrances and booking windows in Rome change often. We check figures against official sources and partner listings and state when the check was done, for example “at our last check”.
A figure is accurate as of the date shown and may be out of date afterwards. Confirm prices, times and rules on the official site or booking page before relying on them. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, current or error-free. If you find an error, email us; the correction process is described on the about page.
5. Affiliate links and commissions
We earn a commission from GetYourGuide and Tiqets when you complete a booking after following a partner link. Every partner link goes through /go/ and carries rel="nofollow sponsored". The price you pay is the same as on the platform directly. Commission does not decide which venues, tickets or operators we cover or how we rate them. The affiliate disclosure forms part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The text of the site and the selection and arrangement of its content are © AllTours Rome. You may read, print and quote short passages with a link to the page. You may not copy, republish, translate, scrape or use the text to train a model or build a competing service without written permission.
Photographs are not ours. They come from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons or public-domain licences, each with its own terms, and are credited on the photo credits page. If you reuse a photo, follow that image’s licence. Rights holders who believe an image is used outside its licence should email us; we correct or remove it.
7. Trademarks
The names of every venue, pass, operator and platform on the site, including GetYourGuide and Tiqets, are trademarks or trade names of their owners, used only to identify what is being described. Their appearance here does not mean the owner endorses, sponsors or is connected with this site.
8. External links
We link to official ticket offices, booking platforms, operators and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and a link to an official site never makes this site official.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, AllTours Rome is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including a missed visit, a wasted ticket or a wrong price, or anything that happens on a third-party site or during a tour booked elsewhere.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence under article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, or the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site, the law or our partners change. The updated date at the bottom of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Italy, and disputes about the site or these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts. A consumer resident in another EU member state keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of that country and may be able to bring a claim there. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
