Guides are named constantly, praised for knowledge and humour, and for building routes around a group’s interests. Reviewers who cannot walk far, or who are visiting in July heat, describe the cart as the reason they saw the city at all. The official site does not publish a cancellation window; marketplace bookings carry the platform’s policy, usually free cancellation up to 24 hours before, which is worth having on a €300-plus product. Tours that include Colosseum tickets may be less flexible once the timed ticket is issued.
Give a pickup address in the centre, confirm the number of passengers so the right cart is assigned, and bring a light jacket for the night tour.
